Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Entry information will only be sent after electronic signature of the Rental Agreement and any Neighborhood Rules.

Policies and Rules

  • No pets allowed.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years to reserve. The person reserving must sign the agreement and must be one of the guests for the reserved dates.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (8 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

  • Kitchen is equipped with cooking basics, stove, oven, dishwasher, and utensils needed to prepare meals.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • A starter set of paper products is provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are sufficient for one or two nights.
  • Laundry facilities include a washing machine and dryer.
  • High-speed internet, climate control, and TV are available.
  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are present.
  • Chetola Resort amenities available: Hiking trails, Recreation Center Access (with heated indoor pool, dry sauna, jacuzzi, and fitness center), Lake Activities: paddle boats, kayaks, and paddle boards (available May - October), 9-hole disc golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, fishing rods and bait, indoor and outdoor children's play areas and seasonal camps, campfire marshmallow roast and bar services (additional charges).
